At Synchrony Chiropractic we do so much more than only adjust you. We want to support the entire body, and our muscles and ligaments are a very big part of that.
We need to help strengthen your spine, which will improve your posture giving you the best results possible. Our goal is to make sure you don’t need to see us two or three times a week for the rest of your life!
Our exercises include things like range of motion, stability training, active stretching, and exercises both with and without additional equipment.
