Travel fees are billed separately and are not included in plan pricing — but here’s the good news: get 3 or more patients together at one stop and the travel fee disappears entirely. Q: Do plan visits expire?
A: Your visits are good for your 12-month plan term. We’ll help you schedule them out so nothing gets left on the table.
Q: What if I want a bigger discount on therapies?
A: That’s VIP territory. VIP members get 50% off all therapies — wellness plans get you 10%.
Q: Can I split a plan between two animals?
A: Plans are per-animal — that’s how we track each one’s progress properly. But every additional animal’s plan is 15% off.
Q: Are travel fees included in my plan?
A: They’re billed separately — but they vanish any time there are 3+ patients at your stop. Dogs, horses, humans, any mix. Grab a friend’s dog, get adjusted yourself — however you get to three, everybody skips the fee.
Q: My horse is at a boarding barn — will you come there?
A: Barn calls are our specialty. And with two barn mates’ horses alongside yours — or one barn mate plus you getting adjusted — the travel fee is waived for everyone.
Q: What if my animal needs more than the plan covers?
A: Extra visits and therapies are always available. Plan members get 10% off add-on therapies at plan visits — and if you need more visits than your plan includes, those extra visits are 15% off.
Q: Do I need veterinary authorization?
